2010 Summer Riding Day Camp
For children ages 6-16, beginner through advanced riders
Program Includes:
•Camp schedule is from 9:00am 4:00pm
•1-2 rides daily- lessons and trail rides
•Daily lectures on Horse Care, Management, Farrier, or Vet Care
•Crafts, confidence and learning games, nature trail exploration, pond and wetland ecosystem excursion, and mounted games
•Learn daily care of horses to include: feeding, grooming, and stable management
•Friday riding demonstration and awards ceremony for campers family and friends
Date: week of July 12-16, 2010.
Fee: $225 before June 15, 2010 and $250 after June 15, 2010. Registration must include a $100 non-refundable deposit per child with a signed release form and the KPS camp registration form. Balance due by June 15th. A 10% discount will be given to families with multiple campers!
Payment can be made with a check or cash.

You will receive an email or postcard confirming receipt of your registration.
Expect a call the Wednesday before camp to go over any last minute questions you may have.
Campers should come to camp in long pants for riding and boots with a
1/2-1 heel. They may bring shorts and tennis shoes to change in to for the other activities, but no open toed shoes are allowed. Please pack drinks, lunch, and snacks in a cooler. Water and additional snacks will be provided.
Last but not least your child should bring a good attitude, and the expectation that they are going to have a great learning experience at camp!
